Flat Des currently appears on TV sports shows, Press ads, Setanta.com, and key events: he even has his own Blog, Facebook, You Tube and Twitter pages! His twitter seems a little out of date….

UK fans will also be treated to an all-star cast of the UFC’s finest international talent in pivotal bouts that can’t be missed.

An Animated Des Lynam waxes lyrical about the sporting events on Setanta Sports. I think his yellow trousers are ‘in’ this season. It is almost Spring!

Celtic V Rangers - Old Firm Derby - Sunday 15th February 12:00 Kick Off
Rangers Trail the hoops by just 2 points going into this game.  The winners of this will have a great chance of winning the SPL! it doesn’t come much bigger than this in football.

Everton vs Aston Villa - Fa Cup 5th Round - KO 14:30
This should be an end to end game featuring some in form teams. After beating Liverpool in the last round, Everton are full of confidence, but then again with Villa performing amazingly in the premier league they don’t lack confidence either!

Arsenal V Cardiff - FA Cup Foruth Round Replay - Monday 16th February KO 19:45
Cardiff look for an upset at the Emirates, while Arsenal’s new record signing Arshavin will not be allowed to play as he was not signed up before the last match.
