Kazakhstan v England – 6th June

Fabio Capello has named a 24-man squad for the upcoming world cup qualifier that sees England take on Kazakhstan.  England first travel to Almaty in Kazakhstan on 6 June, before returning to Wembley to meet the Andorrans. Capello’s side will be looking to extend their 100% record in qualifying as they aim for a place at next year’s World Cup in South Africa.

Manchester United defender Gary Neville is recalled to the England squad - his first call under Fabio Capello - while Jermain Defoe returns after missing the first three England games of 2009 through injury.
